Returns and Refunds
We work hard to grow and ship beautiful, healthy plants every time but things do happen. If you have any issues with your order when it arrives, please contact us immediately so we can resolve them with you. If your plants are damaged we will work with you to ship replacements or refund your payment depending on the conditions, timing and availability. If you no longer want your plants when they arrive, they may be returned. If they are returned in acceptable condition, the cost of the plants will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Please keep all of the original packaging material to help you get them back to us safely.
